Green hair, don't care! Katy Perry and her crazy-colored 'do are gracing the cover of every Cosmopolitan issue across the globe for their July 2014 issue. This is the mag's first ever global cover and Katy will simultaneously be appearing on a total of 62 different editions of the mag worldwide.

"Katy's music and attitude have universal appeal to young women everywhere," the mag's editor-in-chief said. "She crosses all cultural boundaries. Her music is soulful and empowering in equal measure. She's the first Cosmo global icon."

She's also the most popular celeb on Twitter right now, so if even half of her 53 MILLION Twitter followers pick up a copy of her Cosmo, they're in pretty good shape.

Inside the history-making edition of the mag, Katy is interviewed by comedian Chelsea Handler, which means it won't be your traditional Anderson Cooper-style interview. At all.

The comedienne grills the "Roar" singer about from everything ex-boyfriends and booze to the longest she's ever gone without having sex.

In typical Chelsea fashion, she totally tells it like it is. "You were married to [Russell Brand]. Then you broke up and started dating John Mayer. These are two men that most people would say, 'If you're not going to date two people in this world, it should be these two,'" she said to her.

We're dying to hear Katy's comeback for that one (cause she does make a pretty good point), but we have to wait until the issue hits U.S. newsstands on June 3.

For a sneak peek at 12 of the covers, head on over to Cosmo's website.
