"He has a job and...he was on his way to work," she wrote on the page. "With no gang affiliations as per two of the charges. He has old tattoos..which causes him to be sterotyped. He's my son and I'm just trying to raise funds to help him in anyway. Please help him to get a fair trial or else he'll be railroaded."
Katherine's goal is to raise $25,000 for her son. As of Saturday afternoon, she had raised $2,680.
Jeremy was busted after the Stockton, Calif. Police Department arrested several gang members in a sweep and was charged with street terrorism. He previously spent nine years in prison for grand theft, according to ABC 10.

Jeremy went on to do an interview with ABC 10 saying he appreciated the attention, but, being behind bars isn't who he is. "I just want them to know this is really not me," he said. "I'm not some kingpin."
