You really can't take Shia LaBeouf anywhere these days, can you? It's bad enough he was wearing a weird paper bag over his head in public, but now he's disturbing the peace on Broadway.

The Transformers actor was arrested inside Studio 54 in NYC last night during a performance of Cabaret. According to NYPD, Shia was smoking cigarettes inside and being loud.

"He was being disruptive during act one and escorted out of a Studio 54 at intermission," ‚Äča Cabaret rep tells E! News. Shia was arrested, placed in handcuffs and was reportedly in tears outside the venue.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing and went to jail, per E! News. How someone can manage to get charged with trespassing at a ticketed public show is beyond us, but sounds like Shia's weekend isn't off to the best start.
