Rick Ross did not kick off his weekend on the best note.

Following his Friday night performance at the 2014 SuperJam concert in Greensboro, N.C., Rick – a.k.a. William Leonard Roberts II – was taken into custody for failing to show up at a scheduled court appearance, according to the Greensboro News and Record. The court appearance stemmed from the rapper's 2013 arrest in Greensboro for a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Once he finished his show, police were waiting and placed him under arrest. He reportedly posted a $1,000 bond and was released.

Getting arrested for weed-related charges is nothing new for Ricky Rozay, though. He was previously arrested for marijuana charges in 2008 and for a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge in Shreveport, La. In 2011.

Saturday, he was back on stage like nothing happened, performing with Outkast, A$AP Rocky and more at their BET Experience concert in Los Angeles.
