He's doing something non-1D to make money, so he must be leaving the band, right? Wrong. According to the Daily Mail Online, Harry has partnered up with an accountant to "set up a company called HSA Publishing Ltd." This is the same accountant who created 1D Media Limited, of which the guys have a 20% share. The rumors are swirling over why Harry needs his own company now, with the Daily Mail reporting he's going "funnel his earnings and gain favorable tax rates" in the business with the cash he gets from his solo gig.
A One Direction rep was quick to fire down all the buzz before it gained any steam, reassuring fans for the billionth time that Harry is staying put: "Harry has no current plans to release any solo material - his focus is on writing and recording the new One Direction album...Their finances are of course private, but each of them are setting up their own companies as they all write separately for One Direction as well as together."
