"I was being pulled out of school even in the middle of school and sometimes being home-schooled. Sometimes we were sent to these really half-Christian, half-education, I-don't-know-what-they-were schools," she told Yahoo during an interview to promote her 'Make Roar Happen' campaign, which helps raise money for school supplies.
"I'm kind of bummed at this stage that I didn't have a great education because I could really use that these days," she explained.
The good news is that Katy knows you're never too old to stop learning and she says she's continuously trying to expand her knowledge by visiting different museums and cultural centers while she's on tour, which is actually perfect because she's right in the middle of a giant world tour.
