The singer will reportedly plead guilty on Wednesday, August 12, to lesser charges to avoid a misdemeanor driving under the influence conviction. Instead he will have to take a 12-hour, private anger management class, and have to fork over $50,000 to charity.
Bieber will also have to watch videos about real-life DUI cases that ended tragically. He'll pay court fines as well.
According to the Miami Herald, Justin will plead guilty to careless driving and resisting an officer without violence at a hearing. He's currently on probation stemming from the egging incident that went down in California.
All of this legal drama comes from Bieber's arrest in early January in Miami Beach. He was stopped for participating in a supposed illegal street race between his rented Lamborghini and a Ferrari driven by his pal Khalil. That's when he was arrested for the DUI, too.
Do you think the Biebs should've gotten a more severe punishment? Chime in.
