In the first trailer for their September 20th HBO concert special, which will showcase the duo's final performances (a combined 40 songs) in the City of Light, a sad-looking Queen Bey opts to sing Nancy Sinatra's somber version of the 1966 classic "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" to her hubby.
Jay quietly puffs on his cigar as he listens to his wife sing the haunting tune in the black-and-white clip. Beyoncé is also shown gesturing Jay as if she's shooting him down. Yikes! What'd you do, Jay?
After the skit, the trailer leads into a montage of moments from the couple's 'On the Run' tour thus far.
"While they're still on tour, it's all business," a source told E! News. "They're professionals and they're trying to keep everything as professional as possible." Only time will tell if they'll go their separate ways.
For now, Beyoncé isn't sweating it because all her focus is on preparing for her epic 15-minute sets at Sunday's VMAs, where she's being honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
Who knows? Maybe she'll drop a bomb about the status of her marriage on stage. The girl likes to deliver big news that way. Remember when she announced she was pregnant with Blue Ivy in 2011?
