Kourtney Kardashian: Mo' Money, Mold Problems

Kourtney Kardashian and her family just returned from the Hamptons and instead of settling back into their new $8.4 million home in Calabasas, they're holed up at a hotel in Beverly Hills instead.

According to TMZ, Kourt claims that the mansion, which they recently purchased from football player Keyshawn Johnson, is infested with mold. To make matters worse, they apparently believe the mold was covered with a coat of paint before they purchased the home.

Given that Kourtney is currently pregnant and she has two young children, the reality star isn't taking any chances and they checked in to the hotel on Monday. Apparently, Kourtney's decorator discovered the mold when he was installing some fixtures.

When TMZ caught up with Keyshawn and asked him for his take on the whole thing, he said, "House was sold. House was bought. Everything else is everybody else's problems - not mine." He also told them that the crib was "thoroughly inspected by excellent, experienced inspectors that they hired," before the deal was done.

Even if there was a fresh coat of paint over the mold, which Kourt apparently thinks is the smoking gun, couldn't it be possible that they just put up a new coat of paint before they put the house on the market to sort of freshen it up?

Who do you guys think? Who should have to pay to fix the moldy mansion?
