Do we really need another reason to love Britney Spears? No, but she went ahead and gave us one, anyway...and this one is absolutely the ultimate. In fact, if you're not a fan, you definitely will be after you hear what she did for this terminally ill fan.

Cory Moraw is a 28-year-old who was born with the genetic disorder DiGeorge syndrome. He's also been diagnosed with both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and recently found out that he had Cirrhosis. Unfortunately, Cory was recently told by doctors that he didn't have very long to live.

With his health quickly deteriorating, Cory's step-sister started a campaign to help Cory achieve his ultimate dream - to see Britney Spears live.

"If ever there was a No. 1 Britney fan, it would hands-down HAVE to be Cory," she wrote on her Go Fund Me page, where she was desperately trying to raise enough money to fly him to Vegas to see her show.

It didn't take long for the pop star to find out about the campaign and she came through so huge, we all want to give her a big, giant hug. Not only did she fly him and his family (first-class!) from Texas to Las Vegas to see the show, they also got VIP tickets to the concert, which included a meet-and-greet, of course.

"They treated Cory as if he was the super star last night! It was amazing!" his step-sister tweeted after the show.

And the icing on the cake: When they finally did get to meet, Britney thanked HIM for meeting her. Class act, all the way.
