What is Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry doing to get her post-baby body back in shape? What is she NOT doing would be a better question!


The reality star has been working her butt off (literally!) since she gave birth to little Lincoln earlier this year.


In addition to training for, and completing a Tough Mudder run back in April, Kail has stayed serious about her fitness.


The mother-of-two is frequently sharing her fitness tracker workouts with fans on Instagram and she has been religious about her workout routine, even going for a run while she was on a trip to Oklahoma.


Last month, Kail completed a Muderella run and said it was "just another part" of her fitness journey, which, apparently, also includes doing "mom lunges" with her kid strapped to her back. Dang, girl!

Kailyn is looking better than ever these days and we love that she's sharing her fitness journey with fans.

It's also refreshing to see someone admit that they're working their butt off for their post-baby body and not just surfacing a week after giving birth showing off some miraculous slim down that makes other moms feel bad about themselves.
