The claws are out!

Britney Spears is undoubtedly furious and hurt and all of those other things that happen to us when we get cheated on. But, in Brit's case, she's got a lot more on the line than most of us do.

As if having your boyfriend cheat on you with a porn star isn't embarrassing enough, Britney has to worry about this girl blabbing to the media, as so many in her position have done.

Fortunately for Britney, her ex David Lucado can't say a word because he signed a confidentiality agreement, but the porn star obviously didn't. Like 'hey, if you're gonna get it on with my man, can you sign this beforehand, please? Thanks.'

The first concern, the tape of their hookup, has already been handled as Britney's dad paid a pretty penny for it and can now go after anyone who publishes it.

But, that still leaves the blab factor. What's Britney doing about that? Unleashing the lawyers on her, obviously.

According to TMZ, Britney's lawyer fired off a letter to the porn star, saying they could destroy her if she spoke of the affair. In the letter, the lawyer wrote, "Rest assured that our client has the resources and the resolve to pursue this matter no matter what the financial cost or outlay in time."

Basically, Britney's got deep pockets, good lawyers and all the time in the world. Only one problem: the porn star never signed a confidentiality agreement, so what would she actually be doing wrong if she did want to talk? Not that we actually want to hear any of it, but the question remains.

What do you guys think? Would Britney have a case if the girl started talking and the lawyers went after her?
