Not content to just break a Guinness World Record, the One Direction guys have just nabbed the title of most downloaded track ever. New, free music from One Direction? How could it not smash a record, really?

The new tune, "Fireproof," practically broke the internet (well, not really), with over 1 million people downloading it in the 24 hours it was available, thus breaking the record for most downloaded track within 24 hours.

1D's new album, Four, is number one on the iTunes pre-order chart as well. All in a day's work for the One Direction guys.

And the attention for their new music isn't lost on them, as Louis tweeted earlier this week: "The support for the new album and Fireproof has been amazing ! So so excited for you all to hear more ! Loveeeee"

Niall also tweeted his excitement, writing: "The reaction to 'fireproof' has been unbelievable , really makes us excited for you to hear the rest of FOUR! Thank you xx"
