Khloe Kardashian Knew She Had to Lose Weight When She Split Her Pants

Khloe Kardashian has been putting in some serious work at the gym lately after gaining weight this summer, and she says her wakeup call came right after an embarrassing split...in her pants, that is.

After wrapping Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons this summer, the E! reality star was attending the Made in America fest to see Kanye West perform.

"I had to wear a baggier top because I had rolls hanging over my jeans," Khloé told E! News. "I was like, 'Oh, I feel fat.'"

"I started dancing [and] the whole ass of my jeans ripped," she revealed. "That's how big I am--was, thank god." To make things worse, she wasn't wearing any underwear that day either.

"So I had to wrap someone's t-shirt around my waist because my whole pants ripped, but I saved those jeans with the rip," she explained.

Thanks to daily sweat sessions with Gunnar Peterson, Khloe is getting back to her fighting form. "He has changed my body," Khloe raved, adding that she prefers workouts to dieting. "It takes like two months to gain weight...it takes like 6 months to lose that much weight!"

Props to Khloe for keeping it real and sticking to her slimdown goals. You can do it!
