The 22-year-old reality star is not only busy being a wife and mother, she also recently went on a book tour, has been working on her jewelry business AND oh yeah, she's also a college student. Talk about having a lot on your plate...
Still, the mother of two has somehow found the time to fit her workouts in to her crazy schedule and the results are pretty amazing.
"Went to the doc today. I've lost 36 lbs since the day Lincoln was born. 25 lbs to go!" she tweeted on November 4.
Girl, we don't know where those 25 pounds could possibly come from, but if that's your goal, we know you're gonna get there!
As for how she's shedding the pounds, it did not happen by accident. Kail has been tweeting about the gym, which she jokingly refers to as her "boyfriend," she's been going on runs and she's been doing some "mom lunges" that look like they're about 10,000 times harder than regular ones!
