So this is why Taylor Swift named her new album 1989? There's an aerobics video from way back in 1989, that totally syncs up to her recent hit song "Shake It Off." Coincidence? We're pretty sure it's the best thing we've ever seen...

YouTuber Thomas Jung apparently found something special in a classic aerobic dance video from the epic year that gave us Tay, big hair and bodysuit leotards. He's the one who put this whole masterpiece together. Actually...you want to know how we saw the whole original workout video at first? Ahem, Harry Styles' Twitter page.

Taylor's ex posted a link to the video sans her music, but thanks to Tom it was later added, and perfectly put in. We're sure Harry thinks it's even more hilarious now...or not?

Either way, watch the clip below (or look it up on YouTube if this one is taken down, we've already had to replace it once). They shake it off almost as good as Tay does, right?
