In a new interview with BBC Radio 1's Scott Mills, Liam Payne said that they have worried about people getting "bored" with the band, saying, "it's our fourth album; you think 'are people going to get bored?'"
He dished on mixing things up to create some unexpected music, saying, "I think we're getting quite good at surprises now." Liam added, "We'll get asked 'is this the last album?' and sometimes we'll just answer 'yes' for a joke...Whatever you say you're held to account for. It's ridiculous. I think 97, 98 percent of the things we say are stupid stuff. People, especially in other countries, take it genuinely seriously. We just make these jokes and we get in trouble and we end up on the front pages."
So, yeah, they are definitely working on new music, as he shared they've "been talking about what the next record's gonna be." Liam explained they'll "go about it differently this year - it's the only way to get a bit of difference in all the albums. We're just gonna chill with it this year but there's definitely another album coming."
Liam also paid a visit to Dancing With the Stars to see Sadie Robertson and try out the "Quack Pack" dance. Cute.
