After their split in September, Jason was doing interview after interview hinting at possible reasons for why he broke up with the Idol alum over the phone (rude!), including constant arguments and the pressure to get married. Whatever the case, he didn't exactly paint his girlfriend of three years in the best light.
On her remix of Drake's "How Bout Now," Jordin gives the "Talk Dirty" crooner a taste of his own medicine with bold lyrics that are obviously about him. Frankly, we didn't know she had it in her.
"Remember when you broke your neck and I had to wash your back for ya? Ugh," Jordin raps on the first verse of the diss track. She then says, "You probably don't remember half the s**t that I did for ya."
Part of the charm of their love story was that Jordin was there for Jason during a trying time. She helped him get back on his feet after he suffered a neck injury in 2012 while rehearsing for an upcoming tour.
According to Jordin, Jason did a complete 180 on her after the international success of his last record.
And this is the part of the song where things get really interesting. Check out the juicy second verse below.
Always been Mommy's little angel
But once you blew up, head got big and you started changin' (what?)
Can't believe all the things that you started sayin'
Like I'm with you for your fame and your name (what?)
That thought and your feature now setting up a game (what?)
She dyin' to be InstaFamous
Asking for the things that you gave me
Try to lock you in with a baby (who?)
Keeping it real, but no I'm not acting shady
Go blow up my phone, calling complaining
Oh you tried it once, but...
Dang! We guess their romance wasn't all that perfect after all. Listen to the entire song for yourself:
It's a far cry from her tight-lipped demeanor during her interview with Wendy Williams last month, right?
