The pop star (and mother of two!) is showing off her amazing abs on the January/February issue of Women's Health and we've never seen her look better.
After going through a difficult breakup a few months ago, Britney bounced back in a big way. She's now dating hottie Charlie Ebersol, her Las Vegas show is still going gangbusters and she truly looks happy.
So, what's her secret? "Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," she tells them. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."
Her workouts include light weights, cardio and power yoga. She also enjoys dancing, swimming laps and taking Totally Drenched fitness classes.
As for snacks, Britney sticks with the healthy stuff, opting for things like Nut thins and "any kind of fruit," but still letting herself indulge with stuff like sushi and sweet tea.
We have mad respect for Britney keeping up with her fitness routine, especially with all of the other stuff she's got going on, plus raising her two boys. Sounds like she's practicing what she preaches in 'Work B**ch' and it's definitely paying off!
