1) This is my go-to exercise for engaging all ab muscles at once! Try one set of 20 planks.
2) Side dips are great for targeting obliques! Do 2 set of 10 per side.
3) Test your blanace while tightening your triceps and inner thights! Do 3 sets of 10 per side.
4) Do 30 deep twists to tighten your whole core and engage your hip flexors!
