No surprise here...Blake Lively wowed when she made her first post-baby appearance at New York Fashion Week.

The 27-year-old new mom struck a fierce pose in a black and white body hugging dress, paired with a yellow clutch and black structured jacket, before heading into Gabriela Cadenas Fall/Winter 2015 runway show.

"Dundundundadadundun ice ice baby. Best day with @ofirajewelz. Missing @lorraineschwartz ! Feeling like a lucky girl!," the former Gossip Girl star captioned a shot of herself hugging jewelry designer Ofira Sandberg that day.

Blake has been laying low since welcoming her and Ryan Reynolds' daughter right before the New Year, posting just a few photos on Instagram since then. In one of her recent snaps, she showed off a batch of Valentine's Day, heart-shaped "conversation cookies" she whipped up that were decorated with Beyoncé and Taylor Swift song lyrics.

Meanwhile, her hubby has been out and about gushing over their baby girl. Although the Voices star stayed mum on what they named her, Ryan did shut down rumors that they called her Violet (E! recently reported the baby's name is James).

Calling life with their daughter "amazing," Ryan joked recently that he loves her so much he would sacrifice Blake to save her. "When we had that baby, I fell more in love with my wife than I ever had in my entire life," he said on the Late Show with David Letterman last week. "I used to say to her, 'I would take a bullet for you. I could never love anything as much as I love you'."

"I would say that to my wife," he continued. "And the second I looked in that baby's eyes, I knew in that exact moment that if we were ever under attack, I would use my wife as a human shield to protect that baby."
