If you've ever wondered how Beyonce gets her flawless figure, you're in luck. The "Drunk in Love" singer showed off her workout moves in this Instagram video for the five year anniversary of Michelle Obama's 'Let's Move' campaign.

The program aims to help kids increase their physical activity and fitness and to celebrate the anniversary, the First Lady asked people to show off five of their workout drills using the hashtag #GimmeFive.

Bey, dressed casually in workout clothes and sporting a ponytail, begins by demonstrating some standing side crunches and regular crunches before breaking out the boxing moves with weights. Jay Z's wife then goes into jump squats and lunges to work her booty. We have to give her bonus points for setting her video to "Eye of the Tiger" from Rocky, nice touch!
