Sam Smith is getting svelte these days! The "Lay Me Down" singer looked slim and trim when he stepped out in London for the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibit, and now he reveals how he lost more than 14 pounds in just two weeks.

So what's his secret? In addition to hitting the gym, the Grammy winner has totally changed his eating habits thanks to a new nutritionist friend Amelia Freer and her book Eat. Nourish. Glow. "Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life," the 22-year-old shared on Instagram. "Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food. Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It's not even about weight loss, it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer."

Sam started his transformation with a 12 day detox and is now eating clean, sharing pics of his healthy meals on Instagram, and working on his fitness. Sam split up with his beau back in January, and if looking good is the best revenge, then we think newly single Sam is totally winning.
