During Maroon 5's show in Toronto Monday, the singer reportedly got a little miffed when the band kept having sound problems, so he took his mic and tossed it, according to TMZ. The only problem was it landed smack dab on a female fan's face.
When Adam noticed his mistake, he ran right over to the fan sitting in the front row – Stephanie Green – to make sure she was okay. Then, he brought her on stage, apologized repeatedly and gave her a big hug. Although she had a bruise, Stephanie was all smiles as Adam's arms were wrapped around her.
And she still seemed to be beaming about the incident after the show, telling City News Toronto, "It's just literally the best day. My dream come true. I never thought in a million years this would happen to me."
Apparently, Stephanie and her sister had been waiting months for the concert and paid extra money for the front row seats. As for her response to Adam when he kept apologizing, Stephanie added, "(I said) 'I love you, I'm happy, I'm OK!'"
"I was on stage, back and forth, freaking out," she continued. "(He) hugged me...grabbed face, held my hands!" And don't expect her to sit further back the next time she attends a Maroon 5 concert. Stephanie said she's going to do her best to get front row seats again.
