Last week, we told you how an anti-drug group in the Philippines wanted One Direction to take a drug test before their upcoming concert in Manila. Now, the Philippine government is requiring two members of the band to pay "weed bonds," according to ABC News. Yes, for real.

You could probably guess that Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were named as the members who had to pay the bonds, as they were seen smoking what looked to be a joint in a video that surfaced last year.

The Philippines Bureau of Immigration asked Zayn and Louis to post a bond of 200,000 pesos ($4,470) and a processing fee of 20,000 pesos ($447) each, which has already reportedly been paid by the concert producer.

If either guy is caught using or promoting drugs while in the Philippines, the money will be forfeited. A spokeswoman for the Bureau explained: "The condition is intended to protect the public interest should the band members commit any violation during their stay in the Philippines."

Of course, Zayn has decided to quit a number of dates of 1D's On The Road Again tour, so he won't be on hand for the Philippines show.
