Cissy Houston finally broke her silence about her granddaughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition, saying there is "not a great deal of hope" for her recovery.

In an interview with New York's WBLS, Cissy said Bobbi's condition is "the same," and confirmed that she had been moved to a rehabilitation facility. Cissy added that the 22-year-old's family is still praying for her in spite of the circumstances.

"I don't pray like that. I give it to God one time, because I know he's able, and I cannot change a thing," Cissy said. "So I'm asking everyone to pray to the Lord, who we know can do something about it."

"If he works a miracle, thank God," the 81-year-old continued. "If it happens the other way, I'm all right." As far as how Cissy's handling the situation, she said, "I'm fine." Cissy's interview comes after news broke that Bobbi was moved from Emory University Hospital in Atlanta to a nearby rehabilitation center in the city.

The only child of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston has been in a medically induced coma since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub Jan. 31 in the Roswell, Ga. home she shared with her boyfriend Nick Gordon.
