After revealing to Vogue she went under the knife last year, the "Trouble" rapper got even more candid about her surgery at the iHeartRadio Music Awards Sunday, telling E! Online, "I love them so much I had to talk about them."
Iggy admitted that not everyone in her life thought that was the best idea, especially since her new look didn't exactly shock (or impress) the people closest to her. "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small,'" she said with a laugh. "I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!'"
"I'd feel better not to have some secret," the 24-year-old continued. "It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."
During her 73 interview questions challenge for Vogue's April issue, Iggy dished on her surgery for the first time, saying, "I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!" I'd thought about it my entire life." She continued, "It's about proportion. I have to have everything tailored because I have such a small waist. I'm a 2 or a 0 on the top, and a 6 on the bottom."
Aside from chatting about her boobage at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, she also performed "Trouble" with Jennifer Hudson during the show.
