Beyonce, Rihanna, Madonna Help Jay Z Launch Tidal

If the star power at the launch party for Tidal, Jay Z's new music streaming service, is any indication of how big it will be, then Spotify and Pandora should be very scared. Basically, everyone who's anyone was in attendance at the #TIDALforALL event in NYC Monday night.

Of course Jay and his wife Beyonce were there but Rihanna, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Kayne West, Deadmau5 and Daft Punk all were in the house to celebrate the new venture as well. The ad-free streaming service for music and video will reportedly cost $9.99 a month, with a hi def version available for $19.99.

Queen Bey helped announce Tidal yesterday in this star-studded Instagram video she shared with her 28.8 million followers.

We wonder if their friend Taylor Swift, who recently pulled all of her music from Spotify, will participate in Tidal. Are you excited to try Tidal?
