We know that not everyone agrees with all of Farrah Abraham's entrepreneurial adventures, but there is no denying that the girl has some serious business savvy and she's ambitious and we can appreciate that.

While most people know about the more highly-publicized and controversial ventures like her sex toy line and erotic novels, Farrah has also pursued more standard business undertakings. For example, she wrote a memoir, which went on to become a New York Times Bestseller. She also released a couple of songs, appears in an upcoming horror movie, went to culinary school, released her own hot pepper sauce and plans to open a frozen yogurt shop.

Perhaps her biggest undertaking, however, is yet to come. In a new interview with E! News, Farrah revealed her plans for the future. "I've taken a break after finishing the trilogy that I finished and I don't know if I'll do literary soon. But then there's other novelty toys that I'm producing, and who knows, there's other stuff always," the 23-year-old explained.

What kind of "other stuff" is she talking about? Some pretty ambitious and challenging ones, like becoming a plastic surgeon, for one.

"Hopefully in five years I can go back to school. I really want to get my doctorate and I want to do plastic surgery," she revealed. "So that's just something on top of all of the other things I want to do but that would probably be my end goal."

Dang, girl! How will you even find the time?! Plus, that's a LONG road, but Farrah isn't worried about that. She knows she's still young enough to go after whatever she wants and we totally admire her ambition.

The coolest part of the whole thing is that Farrah's reasoning is incredibly selfless. In the video below, she explains that since she's had some plastic surgeries that she believes have influenced her career, her life and her happiness, she wants to be able to do that for other people.

Yeah, we were pretty impressed, too...
