Florida Hotel Wakes Up Spring Break Guests With the "Circle of Life"

Best. Alarm. Ever! Not that ANY alarm is a welcome addition to your day, but if you were going to be woken up by the sound of something blasting, The Lion King's Circle of Life is a pretty darn good option.

This Holiday Inn in Panama City Beach, Florida employs that tactic during Spring Break, which is probably a time that mosts guests really want to sleep in. Whether you've been partying the night before or are just enjoying the fact that you don't have to wake up for a 9:00 am class, Spring Break = Sleeping In.

Not at this hotel, though. At 11:00 am sharp every day during the popular vacation time, the song starts playing.

But let's face it, can you really get mad at the "Circle of Life"?! Even if it did wake you up out of a dead sleep? Of course not...because "it mooovvvessss us all" no matter what time it is, which is exactly why Spring Breakers at this hotel are willing to put their sleep deprivation aside to step out on their balconies and sing.

In fact, hotel employees told Los Angeles Fox affiliate KTTV that they get "hundreds of people" calling each year to make sure the song will be played during their stay.
