Fact: I will never, ever complain about seeing David Beckham in the near buff. The soccer star is beautiful and clearly has no qualms showing off his hard-earned body - it's no surprise that he's the face (or, err, other body part) of plenty of underwear campaigns, from H&M to Armani. But his latest campaign is perhaps the funniest one yet - because it's a total joke. David may look super good in his new "commercial," but he also knows how to poke fun at celebs-turned-underwear-models like himself, and that's the thing that really makes him swoon-worthy.
Davidand new Late Late Show host James Corden made a hysterical parody video of those ridiculously serious black and white underwear advertisements featuring male models brooding in their briefs - like, say, Justin Bieber's recent campaign for Calvin Klein. The Biebs certainly looks good in his own ads, but come on - why so serious, Bieber? I wish that more underwear ads could self-reference the goofy nature of the whole thing, because when is the last time you've seen a real-life guy look in the mirror and examine their own sexy underwear-clad self? The answer is never. It's just too bad that we can't really pick up a pair of our own "D&J Briefs."
Unlike the mostly stoic soccer player, James moves around the screen wildly, even performing "the worm" in front of a statuesque David. It's amazing to watch, and laugh-out-loud funny. Check it out below:
