Hilary Duff continues to prove that she's full of incredible insight now, but what about when she was younger? What would the now 27-year-old tell her teenage self?

During an interview with VH1 to promote her new show Younger, Hil was asked what she would tell her younger self. "I think I would tell myself not to care so much," she told them.

"Don't care so much about what everybody thinks," she elaborated. "You're gonna be alright, you're cool. I think a lot of people have so many insecurities, and I definitely did and I would just be like 'don't care so much, it's all gonna be good!'"

Hil's co-star Sutton Foster also had some awesome things to say, when she were asked if she thinks life is better when you're younger. "No, not for me..." she said without hesitation. "I feel like my life has only gotten better as I've gotten older. I don't think you could pay me to go backwards unless I could hold on to what I have learned."
