Khloe Kardashian Gives Encouraging Update About Rob

We haven't heard a lot about Rob Kardashian lately, except the fact that he notoriously left Europe right before Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding and obviously some of the things he's posted on social media - including a now-deleted post slamming Kim.

On this week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, much of the focus is on Rob and what he's going through as the family tries to find the best way to help him.

Obviously, that was filmed a little while ago, but during a Kardashian Beauty Hair event at Ulta in West Hills this week, Khloe revealed how Rob is doing right now and it sounds very encouraging.

"Rob definitely has his ups and downs, and he's been struggling for the past year and a half, maybe two years, which I think we've all had those times in our life," she told E! News.

"For the last week, he's been doing better, but I want Rob to do consistently for...forever," she explained. "So right now I'm really proud of him. He's been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it. He's aware that he's very introverted and of course not the way he used to be. I think being aware is probably the best thing."

In one of the KUWTK sneak peeks, Kris Jenner admitted that Rob has gained 100 pounds in the last year, and we can imagine that would be really tough on him - especially because he is so athletic.

Rob lives with Khloe and she admits that sometimes he has some good days and some not-so-good days. "I want to encourage him," she explained. "I don't want to push him too hard."

We love that Khloe is so supportive of him and we are really rooting for Rob. Hopefully he'll be back to his old self very soon!
