The guys revealed in a recent interview that they were "gutted" about it, but have moved on 100% as a four-piece - and it sounded like things were alright between the boys.
A new report further puts our minds at ease, as a source told HollywoodLife.com: "There is absolutely no bad blood between any of them and he wishes them the best for the future. When he's back from holiday, and the lads take a break from their world tour, he hopes they will all be able to talk about it in person."
An insider also told the site that Liam Payne's mention of the guys being "gutted" really "hit home" for Zayn, noting, "he never intended of letting the boys down but knew it just wasn't for him anymore."
The source added: "He was thankful that none of them slammed him because he was a little worried one of them might. Instead, he thought that they were very respectful for what he's going through and understood his plight. There's no animosity."
