Lady Gaga has long been a fan of spinning. She used to do Soul Cycle all the time and now she's been hitting up some FlyWheel classes in Chicago.

Obviously, both spin franchises have a lot of celebrity clients, but at FlyWheel, you're competing against the other riders, so you want your name up there on the leaderboard. When you're a celebrity, however, you also don't want to get mobbed by fans who might happen to be in the class. In Lady Gaga's case, she recently used the name "Ms. Asia" at FlyWheel which is probably a shoutout to her pup, Asia.

According to People, the pop star has been spotted at FlyWheel's Gold Coast location in Chicago twice this month. She showed up with her pal Sloan-Taylor Rabinor and appeared to be trying to lay low as she was wearing sunglasses and had her hair pulled back underneath a gray hat.

They say that she was friendly to everyone and got super pumped when No Doubt's "Spiderwebs" and Kelis' "Acapella" started playing.

Gaga has been mixing up her fitness routine a lot lately, doing Pilates, hot yoga, yoga on a paddle board, pole dancing and now spinning. We are all about adding variety to our workout routines. Doing the same thing every day can get kind of boring!
