Aside from being a new mom, the 27-year-old Gossip Girl alum has been busy promoting her new film Age of Adaline, working on content for her Preserve site and gearing up for a new film shooting in May. Still, she has another goal she'd like to achieve in the near future.
"I have a dream to go to Harvard Business School and one of these days I will do that ... in my spare time!," Blake told the U.K.'s Stylist. When asked if she's naturally business savvy, the actress said, "I love it but I think it's more innate for me; it's not something I went to college for. My mum is someone who faced a lot of obstacles but never took no for an answer and she showed me the only person who can limit you is yourself."
"Business is also about generosity," she continued. "Entrepreneurs helping each other out. People starting their own companies who could be competitors are actually saying to me, "This is a mistake I made and this is how you can do it better. Meet my technology officer who can teach you how to build your technology platform." You realize there is room for everyone, as long as you work hard enough."
Blake recently talked to the Los Angeles Times about her site, saying she wants to make it more innovative and provide "ways I want to shop that aren't out there yet on other e-commerce sites." She also admitted that while she loves acting, she thinks she's better at working on Preserve than being an actor.
"I always feel like I'm faking it when I'm acting," she continued. "I do the best I can do to tell the story in the best way, but I always feel really lucky when I get a job. I feel confident when I'm cooking or decorating. It's something I control beginning, middle and end. That ownership feels good."
