This Girl Graduated With a 4.0 GPA and Got Engaged During the Ceremony

It's graduation time, which means videos of people falling in front of a massive crowd of people, cool commencement speeches and...this! We have to say, we've seen a lot of unique proposals, but this is something we've never seen before.

Ashley Nelson was graduating from Bridgewater State University with a perfect GPA (🙌👏🙌) and her boyfriend made sure she had a perfect graduation day to go along with her amazing academic achievement.

After the university president went over all of her achievements (which took awhile!), he said, "There is someone else here who would like to ask you a question," and everyone started cheering because...obviously! That would have been super awkward if it was just a job proposal or something.

Fortunately, it wasn't and the proposal went perfectly. "You're my best friend in the whole world, I love you so much," he began. "I feel like we were made for each other," he continued, before he got down on one knee, and officially popped the question.

Spoiler alert, she said yes! Congrats, girl...on graduating, having a perfect GPA and your engagement!
