The model not only cooks at home, but is also developing her first cookbook, which she's collaborating on with chef/food writer Adeena Sussman. "When she's working on [the cookbook] and I'm home, I gain 5 lbs. guaranteed," the "Glory" singer joked to People. "So, I'm like, sometimes I need to travel so I can lose weight!"
As for his favorite Chrissy-prepared dish, John said her buffalo chicken dip is the one he loves the most so far. "It's kind of like when people do those artichoke dips but it's got buffalo chicken and cheese and all these other things in it, too," he said. "It's really, really delicious. Chrissy is obviously a great cook."
Chrissy has already given fans a glimpse of the food she's prepared for John, including posting pics of a potato salad packed with bacon and scallions, chicken satay, Korean-marinated beef kalbi and much more.
Back in March 2014, Chrissy told Elle if she could cook all the time she would, saying, "If I'm at home for a week and I can do dinner every night, I'll cook every single night." And even though John sometimes packs on the pounds from her skills in the kitchen, she does have quite a few healthy cooking tips to offer up.
"If I want mashed potatoes, I make cauliflower mashed potatoes, which taste exactly the same," she told the mag. "I basically just take all of my cravings and make them low carb. I love Thai boat noodles: They are kind of like pho, but with a very hearty broth. I will make the broth and just do no noodles and more bean sprouts. I need to be able to eat what I want to eat, so I just get rid of as many carbs as possible that go into it."
Talk about a lucky guy.
