So much for stopping the violence.

While playing in a charity basketball game Sunday night in St. Louis, Lil Wayne reportedly got so angry at a referee that he charged at him, allegedly spit on him and sparked a huge brawl at the "stop the violence" event, according to TMZ.

Apparently, Wayne - who was the coach of his team – thought the ref was blowing a lot of calls. In a video taken at the event, the rapper's teammates can be seen clearing the bench and trying restrain him after he continued to try to go after the ref.

No one was arrested following the incident, even though someone called police to report an assault. According to Rolling Stone, the event – helmed by event organizer Loose Cannon Slim – benefitted the "Put Down the Pistol" campaign, which focuses on positive and innovative change with the city's metropolitan area.
