Leah Messer (Calvert) has been the subject of rehab rumors for quite some time now. Even in the Teen Mom 2 sneak peek, Leah tells someone during a conversation, "I've been accused of being an unfit mother, abusing drugs." In the next scene, her husband Jeremy Calvert says "the girl I fell in love with ain't the girl I've got now."

Turns out, Leah did need help, but not for the reason everyone was speculating. In Touch exclusively reports that Leah has entered a treatment facility, where she will be getting help for depression and stress, not drug use.

"She's ready for her 30-day stint of therapy," a source tells the mag. "She's being treated for depression and stress. She's always put other people's needs ahead of her own, and her mental health suffered because of it."

Us Weekly confirmed that the 23-year-old had checked into a facility and said that while she originally signed up for a 30-day stint, she could be released early.

Depression and stress can be crippling and with all that Leah has on her plate, raising three kids, we can't even imagine how difficult that must have been for her. We hope that whatever time she spends in treatment is helpful for her and we continue to wish her all the best.
