FKA twigs is opening up a little more about her life as Robert Pattinson's fiancé, particularly the things she's been dealing with since the world caught wind last year that she and the Twilight star were dating.
Twigs said the paparazzi have followed her and Rob since September, adding, the racist social media attacks she's dealt with since then have been "pretty horrible." Still, she stays focused on what matters. "Ultimately, I'm in an amazing relationship," she continued. "So it doesn't matter."
T-Pain didn't make the media attention surrounding their relationship any better, though, when he spilled the news of their engagement on April Fool's Day. When asked about that leak and if she confronted him about it, the 27-year-old singer, born Tahliah Barnett, told Complex, "I'd rather not talk about it." Then, followed that up with "Umm...It's fine, I'm a pretty chill person, do you know what I mean?" she continues, before finishing, "If you can't touch it, it's not real."
The writer who interviewed the "Glass & Patron" singer said she answered the question as if she was "genuinely sad" about it. But, she didn't elaborate on it aside from that. As for what happened, T-Pain slipped and revealed that she was engaged to Rob, and later tried to take back his comments, calling it an April Fool's Day Joke.
While neither Rob or Twigs has confirmed their engagement to the media, Twigs was wearing a ring on that finger when they hit the red carpet together at the Met Gala last month.
