"She was so courageous, and I think she would be able to really do something really unique to the panel," Paula Shugart, president of the Miss Universe organization told Inside Edition.
"The pageant, as a whole, is about confidence and women being confident in their own skin. And the message that Caitlyn is bringing to the world, I cannot imagine how many people she's bringing hope to," she continued.
Caitlyn has also been offered a spot on the judges' panel for the Miss Universe contest, which Trump also owns.
We would love to see Caitlyn on the judges' panel for the competitions and it would be extra awesome because as she told Vanity Fair in her interview, when she was deciding on her name, Cait got ideas from watching the Miss America pageant. How cool would it be for her now to be part of it?
No word from Caitlyn yet on whether or not she'll accept The Donald's offer, but the Miss USA pageant is right around the corner (July 12) so hopefully we'll find out soon!
