Caitlyn Jenner looked stunning during her Vanity Fair debut, and now she's thanking the doctors who helped her achieve her new look. In a photo on Instagram, the Olympic athlete and E! reality star poses with a signed copy of the magazine and Dr. Harrison Lee, who performed her facial feminization surgery.

"Great job, thank you so much," her handwriting reads on the personalized gift. Dr. Lee explained the surgeries he performed in more detail to E! News, saying he focused on Caitlyn's face, while Dr. Gary Alter worked on her body during the 10 hour surgery.

"I don't want to show off, but I think she's ecstatic with the results," Dr. Lee tells E! News. "She healed remarkably fast. Maybe because she's an Olympic athlete...I mean, at 65, she is in remarkable health." In addition to a nose job, Dr. Lee says typical surgery involves lifting the brow, softening the mouth and increasing lip size.

We think the results speak for themselves! Hear more about Caitlyn's journey when I Am Cait premieres July 26 on E!.
