Everything about this clip screams goals for the future.

Canadian high school dance teacher Shirley Clements celebrated her retirement in a big way –killing a dance routine to Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk." Hitting a basketball court like Jennifer Lopez fifteen years into the future, the 60-year-old popped, locked, slid on the floor and was even breakdancing with a ton of her students (we got exhausted just watching it).

It was clear that Shirley did not come to play during her big moment. When she wrapped up her performance with a head spin, we seriously almost passed out...and there's a chance we weren't the only ones. Once the dance was over, all of the students in the gym exploded on to the floor, screaming, cheering and losing their minds.

Shirley did all of this in a glitzy top, jogging pants and a pink jacket that probably said "I came to slay" on the back. And that is exactly what she did, proving that you can be fabulous at any age.

The dance teacher actually hit these moves back in January at the dance competition "Outbreak" at Panorama Ridge Secondary School in Surrey, British Columbia, according to Mashable, but the video shot to viral status when it was uploaded to Ellen DeGeneres' EllenTube last month.

Total inspiration.
