Adam was hit with widespread backlash last week when he wore sweatpants to a recent photocall for Hotel Transylvania 2, while his co-star Selena Gomez was dressed to the nines in a silky red two-piece set. So imagine how thrown everyone was when they saw Rose go off and publicly shame the legendary actor after reading the casting notes for a potential, upcoming project, too.
Rose shared a photo of the script's notes on her Twitter page. It read, "Please make sure to read the attached script before coming in so you understand the context of the scenes. Wardrobe note: Black (or dark) form-fitting tank that shows off cleavage (push-up bras encouraged). And formfitting leggings or jeans. Nothing white."
casting note that came w/script I got today. For real. name of male star rhymes with Madam Panhandler hahahaha I die pic.twitter.com/lCWGTV537t— rose mcgowan (@rosemcgowan) June 18, 2015
Is that for real? She captioned the pic, "casting note that came w/script I got today. For real. name of male star rhymes with Madam Panhandler hahahaha I die."
This isn't the first time the funny man has stirred up controversy. In April, a Netflix spokesperson issued a statement after approximately a dozen Native American actors reportedly walked off the Ridiculous 6 set, saying they were "offended" by the upcoming movie's stereotypical subject matter.
Not cool, Adam. Not cool.
