J. Cole is kind of amazing.
Back in 2013, the rapper received a letter from a high school student named Cierra, who told him he inspired her to overcome the trouble she had in school. She asked him to attend her future graduation, according to 97.9 The Beat, and he not only responded, but promised to attend if she got accepted into a 4-year university by the time she was going to graduate.
Cierra worked hard over the next two years, and continued to update J.Cole about her progress while she was at it. By the time she was about to graduate, she had great news to tell him: she been accepted into not one, but, multiple 4-year universities.
Even though her graduation fell right in the middle of his Dollar and a Dream tour, J.Cole kept his promise and attended her ceremony June 23. "I'm happy it all worked out for you. Had to route the tour around your graduation lol," J. Cole's Dreamville President Ibrahim Hamad tweeted her. "You deserved it now keeping it going."

As if J.Cole's attendance wasn't enough, he had one more surprise in store: he told Cierra he would help her with her college tuition and bought her a few books he likes too.
This guy gets an A+ from us. Simply a class act.
