Cara Delevingne has made it no secret she'd rather swap her modeling career for acting, but we didn't think it would be this soon.
Ahead of the release of her film Paper Towns – which is expected to put her on the map as an actor – Cara's agency, Storm Models, has removed the starlet from their site, according to British Vogue. In other words, it looks like Cara is taking a break from modeling to focus on acting.
Although the catwalker hasn't confirmed that yet, girl has been beyond busy. In addition to her packed modeling schedule, she also has five films in post-production, and recently started filming Suicide Squad.
In a recent interview with Vogue, Cara did sound like she had already left the modeling world behind though, saying, "I'm not sure I understand what fashion is anymore. I admit I was terrified to leave. I mean, the bubble gives you a kind of dysfunctional family. When you're in it, you get it. And the second you're out of it, you're like, What the hell just happened?"
"I feel this desire to throw away the story I've been telling for years," she continued, raising her glass. "Cheers—to a new story!" We can't help but cross our fingers that she keeps a little bit of modeling in the mix at least as she moves forward with her acting career. We sure would miss her on the catwalk.
