Ouch! Meghan Trainor just had to cancel the first two shows of her MTrain Tour after she suffered a vocal chord hemorrhage. That sounds really painful...

Instead of just posting a tweet telling fans what happened, the "All About That Bass" singer decided to make it more personal, sharing this video with the caption, "I'm in New York now seeing another doctor. So frustrated but cant make any noise. At least I got my brother @ryan.trainor to make me smile. And my fans supporting me. thank you for your kind words #loveyoumegatronz."
She also shared a note, reading, "I don't want anyone worrying but I have had a hemorrhage on my vocal chords. Right now the doctors want me on complete vocal rest until they are healed so I have to postpone my first two shows in Atlantic City and Connecticut. I promise that I will make it up to my Megatronz. I have never missed a tour date before so this is killing me.

"I love you all very much and want to get healed quickly so I can show you this amazing tour we've been working on," she continued. "I am truly sorry to everyone who has bought tickets and made travel plans. I hate this."

While ticket-holders are obviously disappointed, Meghan's health comes first and the comments were flooded with well-wishes from fans...and we're going to add one more to that list. Get well soon, Meghan!
