Paula Deen has done it again, and that is so not a good thing. It was only two years ago that Paula was dropped by The Food Network for admitting that she used racist language in her past, but now it seems that Paula has completely forgotten that controversy. Paula is making headlines for sharing an offensive photo of her and her son, and it looks like she hasn't picked up any racial sensitivity since her career-halting controversy.

On Tuesday, Paula tweeted a photo of her and her son Bobby Deen dressed like Lucy and Ricky from the sitcom I Love Lucy. It should have been an innocuous photo, except, well... it wasn't. Instead of simply dressing up like Ricky, Bobby painted his face brown, apparently to mimic the Ricky's darker skin color. The tweet from Paula's account has since been deleted, but it wasn't long before Twitter users and websites were sharing it in outrage on their own. It's pretty sad that an adult woman who just dealt with accusations of racism couldn't see why this picture might be offensive. It took the internet all of three seconds to see the problem here (like, say, the inherent racism of using someone's race as part of a costume) and yet both Paula and her son didn't think twice about sharing these cringe-worthy photos. Let's hope that Paula finally learns something from her mistakes, because she definitely owes the world an explanation - and an apology.
