It's no secret Blake Lively can slay a red carpet...especially not to her hubby Ryan Reynolds.

During an appearance on AOL Build Monday, Cambio intern Anah Lewi (whom Ryan said he loved) asked the Self/Less actor how he feels about Blake killing it every time she hits an event, and he totally made us smile with his answer.

"My wife knows how to work a red carpet, I'll say that," he replied. "Yeah, she might be the Beyoncé of red carpets. She's turned that into an athletic event." Although Blake's style looks effortless when she arrives just about anywhere, Ryan said her prep process for those moments is pretty crazy.

"I see what goes into that ... real science," he continued. "It's unbelievable. You guys see the finished product, I see the totally destroyed closet, bedroom and kitchen by the time she walks out the door, so yeah, I don't even know how shoes got in the freezer. It's like that, it's seriously nuts. There's kung fu involved, it's really intense." This guy is such a kidder...we hope.

Speaking of Bey though, Ryan also shared his thoughts on the superstar, whom he and Blake are friends with (she appeared in Beyonce and Jay Z's "Run" video). He seems to be as big of a fan of her as we are, saying, "She's the Michael Jordan of music to me. I've seen four of her shows, and that's what comes to mind every time. She's incomparable, I guess you could just say. She's Beyoncé. You can't really say she's 'the this of the that.' Honestly, she's the Michael Jackson of Beyoncé's." Agreed.

Meanwhile, Blake is queen B when it comes to not having a stylist and still blowing us away every time she gets the chance. We see why these two are friends.
